Returns

1. Items that can be returned for refund or exchange.

  • All items except for "No return items" are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • The returning items must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • For “No return items” to be eligible for refunds, please contact us by email with a photograph of the item and send it to us to confirm that the item is faulty or you received the wrong order.

2. Items not eligible for returns.

  • We don’t accept returns/refunds on earrings and piercing jewellery due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • However “No return items” are eligible for a full refund if the goods are faulty or the wrong item was sent.

3. How to return your purchase

  • Returning a Numa Estilo piece is quick and easy. Simply follow the step by step guide below:
  • First please check if your items are eligible for returns.
  • Notify us that you would like to make a return using our email at info@numaestilo.co.uk and send your returns to our given address within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item and when the return has been processed.
  • Delivery costs on the return are non-refundable except for wrong/faulty products.

4. Shipping Your Returns

  • Box the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Include all original documentation and proof of your purchase.
  • Ship your package at our return address within 14 days of delivery. We will send you the return address when you send your return request. 

5. Refunds and Exchange

  • Upon receipt of your shipment, we will inspect the item before processing the refund. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, then we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges (except for faulty products) within fourteen (14).
  • We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
  • If after fourteen (14) days of our email confirmation you do not receive a refund, we kindly ask that you contact your bank or credit card company to verify that the refund is not being processed, then contact us at info@numaestilo.co.uk

Meet the founder

I’m Natasha, the founder and creative force behind Numa Estilo. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to finding ways to give shape to what I feel but cannot always say, often through jewellery and poetry.

Poetry was something I wrote privately, a quiet way of processing emotion and making sense of my inner world. Jewellery later became a more visible language, shaped through my studies in editorial styling, offering another way to express what words alone could not.

Numa Estilo came into being in 2021 as a space where these two expressions exist side by side, brought together through thoughtfully designed jewellery and reflective written work.

Why “Numa Estilo”?

Our name reflects the heart of the brand.

• Numa – From the Nepalese Limbu sub-tribe, meaning "beautiful."
• Estilo – Spanish for "style," capturing our flair for design and transformation.

Together, the name speaks to heritage and evolution, where identity is honoured and allowed to grow. Like our jewellery and poetry, it reflects where we come from while leaving space for who we are becoming.

Designed in London

From our London studio, we design jewellery that balances modern femininity with timeless simplicity. Each piece is produced in small batches, allowing for considered design and reduced overproduction.

We work with carefully chosen materials, including sterling silver and genuine gemstones, creating jewellery designed to move easily from day to evening and from everyday wear to more meaningful occasions. Our approach is intentional, focused on versatility and thoughtful design rather than trend-driven pieces.
