ORDERS

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Every Numa Estilo order is thoughtfully packaged and includes:

  • A handmade thank you card with jewellery care instructions and a short poem
  • A jewellery box for all orders valued at £28 and above
  • Elegant packaging, perfect for gifting or keeping your jewellery safe

Your jewellery arrives ready to be cherished.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email / text (if a phone number is provided) with your tracking number.

SHIPPING

Yes! We provide free UK delivery on orders over £15 via Royal Mail. For international orders, please select your country for more details.

Yes, we currently ship to Canada, USA, and Australia. Please check our Delivery page for shipping costs.

Due to new EU regulations (GPSR), we are temporarily unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.

Royal Mail should have left a card with instructions on how to collect or redeliver your parcel.

f your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please reach out to us at info@numaestilo.co.uk as soon as possible.

International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as set by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Numa Estilo. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

Please email us at info@numaestilo.co.uk with a photo of any faulty items you receive for a refund or exchange.

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be new, unused, and unworn, with their original packaging intact and undamaged, in the same condition as received.

Exemptions to Returns and Exchanges

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Earrings and piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Mystery boxes once opened.
  • Personalised items that have been customised.
  • Gift-wrap
  • Shipping charges.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you.

Yes, we provide restringing and repair services for pearls and beads for a small fee. Simply email info@numaestilo.co.uk with a picture of your jewellery, and we’ll review it and advise you on the next steps.
