Yes! We offer free UK delivery on orders over £15 via Royal Mail. For international orders, please select your country for more details.

For UK orders, delivery takes up to 7 business days after ordering.
International orders may sometimes take longer than Royal Mail's estimated timeframes due to customs processing or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist you if needed.
International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as set by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Numa Estilo. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unused, and unworn, with their original packaging intact and undamaged, in the same condition as received.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost once the return is received.
For change-of-mind returns or exchange, you’re welcome to send the item back using your preferred shipping method. However, we do not offer pre-paid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and reviewed.
Returning a Numa Estilo piece is simple and stress-free. Here’s how:
1. Email us – Contact us at info@numaestilo.co.uk to request a return or exchange . If your item is faulty, please include a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
2. Send it back – Return your item within 28 days of delivery using your preferred shipping method.
3. Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we receive your item and process your return.
💡 Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect orders or faulty products, where we’ll cover the return cost.
We strive to process returns within 14 working days after receiving your item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your bank. During busier periods, it may take up to 30 working days, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
